Erica Holmes & Kim Dick have teamed up for a powerfully transformative afternoon retreat this Solstice Weekend Held on the banks of the Elbow River in Bragg Creek - we will meet at the Round Hall - a beautiful Historic landmark in the hamlet. There we will spend the afternoon working on many different levels. With Transformational Breathwork you move & release - then we Integrate & soften into a deep Restorative Sound Bath. We will have a Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony, gather in Meditation & Circle & will Ground & Flow with the Elements of Earth & Water.
