This restorative group booking takes place at our Bragg Creek homestead location in west Bragg Creek. Please be advised in the winter you may need AWD or 4WD to access the acreage. Basic props available for all - soft mat for the floor, bolster, light cotton blanket. Recommended to bring a Pillow, Eye Pillow, Warmer blanket or anyting else for you to be comfortabel for the hour in restorative pose.
