This is a women’s retreat for Powerful Women embarking deeper & deeper into the Old Ways,  Ancient Medicine for our Ancient Hearts. Working with Herbs, Frequency, Ritual, Energy Healing & Finding Energy Field Coherence we have a long weekend of beautiful practices to share. Sound baths featuring an Orchestra of Alchemical Crystal Bowls & Planetary Gongs settle deeply into the body to allow for a Somatic reset. Akashic Yoga Nidra practice settles us into the deep stillness of meditation & rest. Nourishing our spirit in ritual - ceremony - we will sit fireside together. Nourishing our body we will feature  a Wellness inspired menu - amazing dishes - taking care of every meal breakfast through dinner. We will tap into creativity with the Magdalene Divine Feminine Incense Workshop where we will sit in circle & craft a 21 Temple incense brought from the Heart Chakra of the World. This Retreat features Women’s Circle, Tea Ceremonies, Mother Cacao Ceremony, Akashic Guided Yoga Nidra nightly, gentle moments with intentional yoga classes (accessible for all bodies) & so much more. Paying in instalments - you will need to reach out to Kim Non-Refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your spot if you wish to pay in instalments. Kim can load your profile into the backend and either take an e-transfer payment at "payments@fivespiritwellness.ca" or you can preload a credit card into the Jane App booking site and a payment can be applied securely through the Jane App.
